When Your Guests Arrive

Magic Password
As guests arrive, ask them the magic password upon entering. If they guess "Wattlebird" or "Caput Draconis" or any of the other passwords in the Harry Potter books, award them a piece of "wizard" candy from a cauldron near the front door. If they cannot guess the magic passwords, give them a piece of "Muggle" candy.

Make-up
Place temporary tattoos in the shape of lightening bolts on the guests' foreheads, or draw them on with red lipstick. It might be a good idea to ask your guests' parents for permission before doing this. Some guests may have places to be after the party! Baby oil should help remove any temporary tattoos that need to be removed.
