Todd Hasak-Lowy has been writing books for about fifteen years. He started writing book for adults, but now he writes books for kids and teenagers, too. His most recent book is a middle-grade novel called 33 MINUTES. He has also published a short story collection THE TASK OF THIS TRANSLATOR and the novel CAPTIVES. In addition to writing fiction, he teaches creative writing and lives in Evanston, Illinois (just outside Chicago), with his wife, two daughters, a dog, and two cats.
