I would like to write a review for a book that is absolutley an amazing story. Its called a Tree Grows in Brooklyn. Its about a girl named Francie and her life and family. This book is set in the early 1900's. This book starts off as she as a girl of about 6 and works its way up through the years. Its divided into five books or parts and has 56 chapters. It has 486 pages. This book i recommend for early and good readers junior high and for normal readers high school. This book will give u an insight on how rough and tough it was for a girl back then.

I am an 11 year old bookworm and was wondering if you had any suggetions on what books I should read. I like Harry Potter books and books from Lemony Snicket, but I am looking for something else I might like.

*****

I am 11. I love Laurene McDaniel's books! I really love the Dawn Rochlle Novels she does. Alot of my freinds love her books too! The problem is that you don't have her or any of her books on your list!

*****

I am a HUGE reader. My friend also is. Even if I already know them, I keep reading the pool rules. Every day, If I even see a few words in print, my eyes go like lasers and I scan it into my brain. BTW, I think of my brain as a mental computer. I like that. Because it can replace My real computer when there is a power failure, LOL! --A big reader

*****

To whoever talked about Harry Potter-Thanx for spoiling it. Sorry, but I think that if you do that, you should send it to people who have already read it. I have, but I know that there a quite a few people who are looking forward to reading it.

*****

I have read the Deltora quest series and while I was reading it I thought it was better than Harry Potter, and now every other book I read is practically based on it. I need some really good book titles that aren't series. I have looked everywhere still nothing. --From your fellow Bookworm

I just wanted to tell you about a really great book I read. It's called 'Doing Time Online'. I forgot who the auther was. It's about a boy who plays a trick on someone and they end up getting hurt. His punishment is to spend 30 minutes online every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon. The person he chats with soon becomes a really good friend of his. Maybe you should read it. Hope you like it!

Thank you soooooo much for having a such great website for bookworms. All of the poems, jokes, and reviews are fantastic!

Carolyn Keene wrote many, many novels- the Nancy Drew series. Although her writing style is a bit different from most of the books today, they are an absolute must-read! The best part is you can read them in almost any order.

YOU FORGOT AN AUTHOR ON YOUR AUTHOR LIST! She's the best! (well in my opinion anyway) Her name is Eva Ibbotson. She wrote "Not Just A Witch" "The Haunting of Hiram" "The Great Ghost Rescue" "Journey to the River Sea" "Which Witch?" "Dial-a-Ghost" "Island of the Aunts" The Secret of Platform 13" and a lot more too.

I bought 5 books at borders Friday and by Monday I was done with all 5. The following books are the books I got and I will include a little something about them.

Masison Finn #1,Only the Lonely by Laura Dower: Madison's 2 best friends, Egg and Amy, are away at camp, Madison gets really bored. That is until a new girl moves into a house nearby Maddie's!! What's good: The writing of course, but the emails and Instant Messages Madison gets (she's a computer loving girl so your going to see a lot of computer stuff!!)

Madison Finn #2, Boy oh Boy by Laura Dower: Madison's school Far Hills Junior High is having an online school election and Madison, her friend Egg, and Egg's friend Drew are creating the site! Everything is perfect until a couple of things go wrong..and then everything turns into a frenzy! What's good:The wacko things that happen with the election site, and once again, the emails & Insta Message!

Madame Amelia Tells All by Marissa Moss: Marissa tells your fortune, by doing quizzes & games! Even if it is a bit babyish.... What's good: At the end of the book you get 3 fortune tellers.

Lucy's (completly COOL and totally true) E-Journal by Jane Harrington: Lucy knows at the beginning of the summer that it definitely is going to be a freaky and out-of-this-world summer for her, and it sure is! For one thing, her Grandma who developed Alzheimer's disease is moving in with them, and her #1 enemy is trying to move in the house next door! To keep all of her thoughts organized, she uses her E-Journal software. What's good:You can relate very well with the story and it really is a fun read. The characters will probably remind you of at least 1 person. Plus the mysteries are good and the there is lots of humor!!

The last book is Harry Potter You're the Best!! It is by Sharon Moore. It is letters from all over the world about th HP books. You even get recipes to make some of Hogwart's delicacies!

sometimes i hide where no one can find me
sometimes i sing way down inside me
sometimes i read a world of wonder
sometimes in my mind i feel thunder
sometimes i sit wide-eyed
and think of problems, worldwide
sometimes i have to much pride
sometimes my problems simply deride

Run Free

Run with the wind,
My beauty,
For you are an eagle with wind beneath her wings!

My horse so faithful and true,
You must run free!

Run away home to your friends and kin,
You know where to go,
For you are born to be wild!

My wonderful horse,
You must run free!

My horse off you go into the night,
You are so swift,
For you are nothing but the wind!

My lovely lady,
You are running free!

Still the Same as Always

I might have moved to a new city
I might have looked more or less pretty
But I'm still the same as always

I might have read more books
I might have changed my looks
But I'm still the same as always

I might have said less jokes
I might have met more folks
But I'm still the same as always
