May 2006

If you could spend a day in a fictional setting from any book (Hogwarts, Narnia, Camp Greenlake, the Spiderwick Estate, etc.), where would you choose?

I would spend a day in Narnia because I would want to help Aslan in battles, like the one where the Pevensie children fight The White Witch.

*****

I would go to Greece because Greece rules. GO HELLAS!!!!!!

*****

Narnia, because you could meet creatures of all sorts, enjoy the view, and just have fun!

*****

Hogwarts (DUHHH!!!)

*****

If I could spend a day in a fictional setting, I would go to The Land of Elyon. There are so many places to explore and it would never, ever, get boring. The forests would be beautiful and I could try to find a jocasta so that I could talk to all of the animals. I think that spending a day in The Land of Elyon would be very interesting.

*****

Hogwarts

*****

If I could spend a day in any fiction settiing from any book, then I would choose The Tower at The Castle from the Septimus Heap series by Angie Sage. From the same series, I would also want to spend some time in Aunt Zelda`s cottage in the Marram Marshes.

*****

I would have to say one of these three: Hogwwarts, the Spiderwick Estate, or Narnia.

*****

Cair Caravel at Narnia

Hogwarts, of course! I have been wanting to visit that place all my life.

*****

I would choose Hogwarts because then I would be able to do magic and I bet that it will be really fun.

*****

If I could spend a day in a setting of a book I would choose either the world where the Circle of Magic, The Circle Opens, and the Will of the Empress take place, or the world where The Song of the Lioness, The Imortals, Protecter of the Small, Trickster`s Choice, and Trickster`s Queen take place. All these series books are by Tamora Pierce. She is one of my favorite authors.

*****

I`d spend it at Hogwarts.

*****

Kirrin Island

*****

I would choose to go Hogwarts because I think that it would be a really magical place and I also like the books by J. K. Rowling. I think they are really good. I also enjoy the films!!

*****

I would go to Prince Edward Island with Anne --- to see Green Gables, to touch the polished banister, to smell the pasture, to sit and look out on the Lake of Shining Waters. I`d have dinner with Matthew and Marilla, and Diana of course. It would be a day full of sights, sounds, beautiful countryside, bonds of friendships and families. Most of all, it would be day of joy spent on P.E.I. with characters who are brought to life so vividly by L. M. Montgomery.

*****

I would go to Narnia because it is filled with so many magical creatures.

*****

Narnia

*****

In New Mouse City where Geronimo Stilton lives.

I just went to Assateague Island to visit the setting of MISTY OF CHINCOTEAGUE. Someday, I hope to get to Prince Edward Island and visit where ANNE OF GREEN GABLES takes place. I`m very glad I`ve been to the Tower of London whenever I read about someone who was imprisoned there.

*****

Hogwarts

*****

This is hard! I would visit the Spiderwick Estate! But Narnia and Hogwarts are cool too!

*****

I would go to Hogwwarts because you could do magic and have fun and fly on broomsticks! That would be awesome!

*****

Narnia

*****

I would most definitely choose to go to Hogwarts. Firstly, I would get to learn magic and it would be an awesome experence!! We would get to go to the shops there and the Weasely brothers` shop, which would be so cool. I would love if I were a witch and got to go to Hogwarts!!

*****

Gosh! My first response would be Hogwarts. But on thinking seriously about it, I believe that my true choice would be Narnia. Both places are full of mystery and intrigue, but the element of time is what facinates me. While I would grow old or age in Narnia, I would only have to step through the wardrobe and I would be the same age I was when I entered the wardrobe. The time that passed would only be an hour or so, in our world.

*****

I would choose to be in the world of Cornelia Funke`s INKHEART. This is because the book is full of adventure and suspense, which I happen to be madly in love with in a book. I could folow Mo, Meggie, and Dustfinger, but not be in any real danger, but I will still be with them.

*****

I would go to Hogwarts because I have read all the Harry Potter books and I would like to meet all the characters (Harry, Ron, Hermione, Hagrid, Dumbledore, etc., etc.) Also, I would want to go to Hogwarts because I would really like to learn some magic so that I could use it on my enemy who thinks I`m her friend (not mentioning any names cough cough Alannah cough cough!!) Well, that`s why I would like to go to Hogwarts.

*****

I would choose the Spiderwick Estate Because I would like to meet the different creatures, and Nancy Drew because I love a good detective story.

*****

Hogwarts

*****

If I could spend a day in a fictional setting from any book, it would have to be Narnia because it would be really cool to wear long, flowing dresses just like a princess and meet talking animals.

*****

If there is a book with a guitar land I would go there, but there`s not.

*****

The PennyKettle House

*****

Hogwarts

*****

Hogwarts

*****

Hogwarts

Hogwarts

*****

Hogwarts!

*****

I would choose The Holiday House in the book, THE THIEF OF ALWAYS, because it`s interesting and you get whatever you want everyday at Christmas!

*****

I would defenitely pick Hogwarts because I am in LOVE with magic. I am also fascinated by how much imagination there is in that setting. I would also like to be there because I think that magic makes your life easier and I LOVE Quidditch as well.

*****

*****

Lyra`s oxford in Philip Pullman`s HIS DARK MATERIALS.

*****

Hogwarts
I love Harry Potter books. I think that witchcraft is in your imagination, so everyone should read them.

*****

I would LOVE to spend a day a Hogwarts. Come on, magic and wizards --- who would not love that? Learn how to cast spells and take Defense Against the Dark Arts, but not potions. I`d love to meet Dumbledore, hang out with Harry, Hermione, and Ron, spend time with Hagrid, eat in the Great Hall, with all the noise and the talking, and watching Fred and George play pranks and taking food from the kichen. I`d like to maybe even trying on Harry`s cloak.

*****

Hogwarts

*****

I`d go to Narnia.

*****

I would go to Hogwarts. That would be so cool.I love the Harry Potter books and movies. I love magic.

*****

Hogwarts all the way!

*****

I would choose Hogwarts. Why? because it is a place where wild things can happen --- where good comes against evil and you really get to see the views of a boy as he struggles with his past and his future. It is a typical thing for a teenager to naturally be attracted to a book with such twists and turns that they keep you in suspense until the very last word. Actually, I am also a teenager who struggles with these things, so out of all the characters in these previous books, I relate to Harry more than any other.

*****

Marshville! It`s where Marvin Monster lives. Bats deliver mail and gators recycle trash.

*****

Hogwarts, because you learn magic and other helpful things there. If I was in a house, I would be in Slitherin.

*****

Hogwarts --- it be so cool. We could explore, and meet Ron, Harry, and, Hermione.

*****

I would spend a day at Crunchem Hall, from MATILDA. Far away, preferably. I wouldn`t actually want to interact with the Trunchbull, nor do I want to see other children get abused, but she is just so unfathomable. I would really like to witness it for myself.

*****

I would most likely choose Narnia because it sounds very nice there from the books, and how they make it look in the movie.

*****

Hogwarts

*****

Hogwarts, obviously! Defense Against the Dark Arts, Transfiguration, and Care of Magical Creatures are my favorite subjects!
