I, as an 8th-grade student, would like to have INKSPELL by Cornelia Funke on the summer reading list. I haven't read this book yet, but I have read the first book in this series, INKHEART. I'm extreamly excited to read this, and I'm looking forward to what kind of adventure Cornelia will lead us to in this book.

*****

As a HUGE Harry Potter Fanatic, I would like to see the Harry Potter series on a summer reading list. It is written by none other than J.K. Rowling, who was nominated as one of the 'Greatest Living British Writers' in March and soon won the poll, at first place.

*****

I would ask Beverly Cleary to write a sequel to THE LUCKIEST GIRL, because i want to know if Shelley and Philip or Shelley and Hartley ever see each other again, and what her next move is going to be. I am just dying to find out. That is a book the I would like to see on a summer reading list.

What I would want to see on a summer reading list is a Harry Potter book.

*****

I would like to see HARRY POTTER AND THE CHAMBER OF SECRETS. Why? Here is a clue: Bad Dobby!
If you can't figure it out read the book!

*****

Any books in the Redwall series by Brian Jacques. All the action happens in summer in his books, afterall.

*****

The Harry Potter Series

*****

FIELD TRIP TO NIAGARA FALLS by Geronimo Stilton

*****

FLIPPED, because it is a wonderful book with a really disturbing but awesome ending. It is about a girl named Julianna and a boy named Bryce; she likes him, but he doesn't like her back until, somehow, he ends up trying to fight for her love. She doesn't like him anymore because he said a lot of stuff that was horrible. In the end, something unbelievable happens. You must read it.

I love Harry Potter books! I've read up to the 5th one, so far. I have him on PS2 and on the computer, but I mostly read the books. Great job, J.K. Rowling. Keep making them, please. I never want the magic to end!

*****

I would most like to see the whole Harry Potter series because they are my most favourite books in all the whole world. If I had to pick just one book, then I would definitely choose HARRY POTTER AND THE PRISONER OF AZKABAN for two reasons. Firstly, it is my favourite book ever, and secondly because Emma Watson ( Hermione Granger), my role model, would also most like to read this book.

*****

I want a mermaid book.

*****

1. Any books by Tamora Pierce. They books are fun and full of interesting characters and exciting backrounds.

2. Books by Kate Constable. They are part of a Trilogy. The first is THE SINGER OF ALL SONGS, then THE WATERLESS SEA. Finally is THE TENTH POWER. These books are full of magic and adventure.

3. THE HERO AND THE CROWN and THE BLUE SWORD by Robin McKinley. The books go together. THE HERO AND THE CROWN comes first. There is a big time gap between them, but both are really good.
