My favorite book of 2001 would be a book that my teacher let me borrow to do my book report in October. The name of it is Skellig. It is written by David Almond. He also has published two other books. One is Kitt's Willderness and the other one ( which was released this month ) is called Heaven's Eyes. His books are awesome. In the begining its like realistic-fiction then turns into fantasy.

I think the best book publshed in 2001 is Jedi
Apprentice #14: The Ties That Bind. This book was
written by Jude Watson. This the 14th book in the
Jedi Apprentice series which is about the adventures
of Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon. I also reccommend Jedi Quest
which is also written by Jude Watson. It is about the
story of Anakin between Star Wars Episode I: The
Phantom Menace and Star Wars Episode II Attack of the
Clones which is coming out in May.

I think that Madeleine Lengle's "A Wrinkle in Time" and all her other books are good. But don't take it from me, I love all books, I think American girl fiction deserves something too. And Roald Dahl, and Beverly Cleary. And, I know this isn't a book, but I like the movie, the Prince of Egypt. THIS CHRISTMAS WILL BE GREAT! I opened some presents, and my dad got me, Celtic Fairy Tales, More Celtic Fairy Tales, The History of Our Modern World, and The Hungry Wind, If I get some Christmas money I'll spend it on some books and, because I like it so much, The Prince of Egypt.

My family & I always watch certain movies at Christmas time. One of my favorites is a movie called "Scrooge" based on the book by Charles Dickens. One day I thought to myself, "I wonder what the book is like?" So later I asked my parents for the book. I Knew it would be good, but it was great! The book I'd be happy with this holiday is Harry
Potter and the Goblet of Fire. I've already read the
three books and would like to read it at once after my
book report, but unfortunately it was out of stock at
the bookstore!!! Luckily I got a Harry Potter puzzle
set for Christmas or it would be too depressing!!!
