I would love to hear Karen Hesse give an online audio interview because I was so incredibly moved by reading Out of the Dust. After that, I started reading more of that particular style of writing, which I had not done until that time. Plus, I have recommended it to so many students too!

I would also like to hear Jerry Spinelli, since he has inspired my daughter to read more than she used to, and he writes so many different and fun, yet emotional books --- books that have you smiling and becoming tearful in the same reading.

I want to hear Chris Crutcher give an interview too; his books are so very, very authentic without being preachy, and so much like what some teens must feel and live. He must have a really great sense of what people are like to write books that seem so authentic for the teens I know.
