Geronimo is sick of the rat race and thrilled to head off on vacation to Happy Tail Island. But disasters at work interrupt, and he misses his plane. Time after time, Geronimo misses one plane after the other as emergencies interfere. 

Finally, he travels the Dump Express, headed for the only trip his travel agent can find him, to the Ratty Tatty Hotel. Unfortunately, he must share his room with Pinky Pick, the newspaper assistant who drives him crazy. His vacation goes downhill from there, but can it be saved?
