ELIGIBILITY: The giveaway is open to all legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico) and Canada (excluding Quebec). The following persons and their dependents are not eligible to enter or win: employees of Kidsreads.com ("Sponsor") or The Book Report, Inc. and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of each of the above.
HOW TO ENTER: Giveaway is open from 9AM on June 4, 2003 thru 11:59PM on July 17, 2003. While the Giveaway is posted on Kidsreads.com, children can print out a Book Request (available in PDF format), which can be found on Kidsreads.com from this link:

HOW TO RECEIVE BOOKS: Up to five of 500 copies of THE VIKING will be made available to the first applicants to return a Book Request Form complete with contact information (name and address) Entries must be received by 11:59 on July 17, 2003.
PRIZES: Kidsreads.com will notify the selected winners on or about July 24, 2003. (Approximate retail value: $5.99 each.)
ALTERNATE ENTRY: The PDF form, which children must print out and record their answers to the four multiple choice questions and the form signed by a parent or guardian, can also be faxed to Kidsreads.com at 212-246-4640. FAXed extries must be received by 11:59PM on July 17, 2003.
ALL ENTRIES MUST BE POSTMARKED/DATE-STAMPED BY July 17, 2003.
