THE ZEKE ARMSTRONG MYSTERY Series
by Daniel J. Hale and Matthew LaBrot

Thirteen-year-old Zeke Armstrong has a secret. He also has a way of finding himself in the middle of mysteries. Intelligent, athletic Zeke is capable of discovering clues and putting them together to solve a puzzle. He lived in seven countries before moving to Texas to live with his Uncle Dane, so his experiences in foreign lands have given him extra skills (such as fluency in other languages and the ability to drive a car). In many ways, though, he's a regular kid --- he loves soccer and other sports.

As Zeke works to solve mysteries, he follows a path of clues with more twists and turns than a soccer ball in a tornado. He's not without fear but manages to overcome his terror when necessary. No matter what he does, he remembers his uncle's words to live by: "Things aren't always what they seem."

The first book in the series, RED CARD, introduces us to Zeke and his buddies. It sets the tone for the series with lots of sports action, mysterious doings, daredevil climaxes and intelligent deductive reasoning from Zeke. In the second book, GREEN STREAK, Zeke continues his athletics and detective work (sometimes the two are combined!).

In this feature you'll learn more about the Zeke Armstrong series and its uncle/nephew co-authors, take a challenging (but fun) quiz, and much more!
